A 8KM long convoy did arrive in Ottawa around 1PM yesterday and was stopped 1KM from the city centre. Now those trucks are being towed.
The drivers got arrested is my guess.
Here's the scenario I've put together in my head.
The convoy was suppose to arrive Saturday Jan 29th at 12PM It didn't show up I like to think, that just like in a movie, the convoy literally drove up on some tanks and the army guys got out and said >YOU CAN TURN AROUND AND GO HOME OR YOU CAN CONTINUE ON AND FACE CONSEQUENCES and left and the truckers had a big meeting and people cried and hugged and shook hands and some drove off looking, towards their families Then the rest drove in Jan 30th, got stopped and are now sitting in a military base jail.
