The cheapest apartments (solo living space) are going for 900-1100 a month. But honestly this isn't worth the 900-1100. They're in the most downrun neighborhoods and the buildings themselves are absolutely terrible (hearing neighbors clearly, poor isolation, still using gas for kitchen, tiny half defunct showers, literally worse than actual old commie buildings in eastern Europe).
