The nigger in the other lane appears to be the aggressor here, waving his shit out of the window first and taking the first shot. The driver himself provided this footage and looks like a responsible gun owner who even kept his stuff in a safe.

There's about 30 seconds between when he reached for the gun and the first shot. Wouldn't he think at least once to himself during that time, "Maybe I shouldn't do this. I'll probably ending up going to prison."

I'm actually in favor of this. We need some "common sense" car reform. Maybe we should be able to red flag people who are seen as mentally unstable as to bar them from vehicle ownership and confiscate the ones they have. Fucking death machines, I tell you. Nobody needs an SUV when trains exist.

Interesting video. It's hard to determine if the other driver had a gun and shot first or if he just slapped his car like a jackass. Either way it was an aggressive action towards the guy's vehicle and he had reason enough to think he had a gun. Florida is the only state that I've had a gun flashed at me on the highway, so it's not an unreasonable suspicion.
Still, don't blind fire driving down the highway. He's probably fucked for that reason alone.
The retreat fallacy is a non factor in this situation. But if you’re armed and you’re out break checking people when they honk at you then you’re instigating. Yea the other guy flashed his guns and maybe fired first but this guy is culpable. Lawyers will argue that he threatened the other vehicle by break checking at a high rate of speed.
Just ban bad drivers. The whole point system we have now is retarded. The first time someone willfully breaks the law by speeding, tailgaiting, or ignoreingtraffic controller devices, they lose their license permenantly. Driving without a license should result in life in prison. There, I fixed the roads because now everyone has personal incentive to drive correctly.
