Reports are that 1,380 people died yesterday from COVID, and a very conservative estimate (see what I did there?) would be that 1,000 of them lean Republican. A total of 883k Americans have died. By a rough guess I'd venture an estimate of around 500k of them voted Republican.

You can be sure as hell the Republican party isn't replacing those numbers in any significant capacity, but their gerrymandering efforts are offsetting the losses and this should enable the Rs to cement their control of 30-35 states for another 7-8 years.

I didn't. I was forced to or otherwise lose my job and ultimately my home. Understand the fanatical freaks you see on twitter and reddit represent a small minority of people, just like the fanatical freaks you see here on the other end of the spectrum represent a small minority of people.
