I don't hate them. They didn't choose to be the way they are, but they need to be wiped out of existence.
It's confusing because they are the toughest dogs around and so many poltards drone on about the importance of strength and apathy toward the suffering of one's enemies.

Strength without control is worthless. Pitbulls will attack children for no reason so they're not fit for purpose as guard dogs.

I can show you a video of lions showing empathy to Kevin Richardson, too. It's a higher intelligence mammal species. Of course it's going to have the capacity for empathy. But pitbulls are also much more prone to succumbing to their violent impulsive instincts than other dogs are. You could have a pitbull that was a great dog for six years, and then in one moment it might decide to just bite your face off for no apparent reason. That kind of behavior is extremely rare in most other breeds assuming the dog wasn't previously abused.

they're fine as guard dogs or attack dogs. As far as a family dog they are absolute unrepentant killers. I don't hate the dog, I hate the morons who think they are a family pet.

Because they are a naturally aggressive breed. They can snap and try to kill someone for no fucking reason, and their owners don't realize this. Friend's was the sweetest thing ever, i never had a problem when I was around it, it was pretty nice to me, and it was incredibly well trained.
Then one day it randomly snapped and bit off part of his chin, he has a nasty scar that will be there for the rest of his life.
Pit bull owners can say "it's not the dog, it's the owner" all they want to, but that's bullshit. There's a reason why they are responsible for 72% of total dog attacks despite being 15% of pet dogs.
