Extrapolating since white men were the first to step foot on the moon technically it would belong to the white race. Let’s suppose we have a very liberal defintion of occupation and property much like the original native american themselves. Sure we don’t reside specifically at one spot in America/the moon. We move to it and visit it when we desire we just haven’t been back yet. Think of it like a vacation home. Just becomes I’m not at it doesn’t mean you can just up and take MY moon.

Well the colonists landed on shores and sure enough the native americans weren’t living in the specific plots of land where they built their houses. Clearly they weren’t occupying THAT land so it wasn’t theirs. Yeah there might have been some forceful resettlement but let’s face the facts that’s what the indians did to one another for their land so it’s fair game.
