Awesome. I'm only doing body weight squats in addition to my chin ups. Can't wait to get outside and get back into my sprinting routine.

I'm gonna try to run 100 meters under 14 seconds at 43 years old. But for such a goal i shouldn't be neglecting cardio even in the darkest of winter.
