Jesus is the winner because he had witnesses and those Witnesses are also the ones that wrote pieces in the Bible. In Muhammad case, supposably Gabriel that angel appeared inside of a cave to him. Why the hell would an angel appear inside of a cave when he can appear anywhere. Muhammad wrote the Quran all by himself which discredits because of the lack of witnesses.

The one that is unique to Jesus is that we still believe he is alive and will return to earth in the end times and will kill the Antichrist and rule the world as a King/Caliph

God is the truth. never the less in the quran God is deceiving people by substituting Jesus on the cross with a substitute and have him not die.
further Jesus dying on the cross filfilled numerous prophecies from the OT, from centuries before, govong more credibility to the account of NT.
Beyond that the Quran supposedly was given to Muhammed in completion by the angel gabriel. it pretty much came from nothing and can be seen as an asspull redconning a bunch of the much older scrioture, including the OT which is bagged by general historic studies. basicslly islam requires that God let only fake scripture around deceiving people for centuries
also in case of christianity you had numerous people having seen the miracles including ressurection with their own eyes testifying under torture to death to have seen these things (not merely believing the report of those but to be actual eye witnesses of these events) without any of them retracting their testimony which would quite likely have saved their lifes. this testimony they deemed more important than their lives and islam is lacking such clear witness accounts. sure, many blow themselves up for their faith, but that just proves they believe, the tortured christians have actually seen
