IMPORTANT NOTES:
>colon cleanse
Always do a colon cleanse first. Just search for 'colon cleanse', any should work. If you skip this, the parasites will spread and make you feel like shit if they can't escape when you start killing them. You need to shit about 3+ times a day on any parasite cleanse.

Any parasite cleanse should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach for effectiveness and so you aren't up all night shitting.

You may also want to look into liver and kidney support supplements to take during this, as parasite die off can stress both. NAC, R-ALA, milk thistle, dandelion, yellow dock and burdock root are all great places to start.

You need to drink a lot of water during all stages of this, about 1oz per 2lbs of body weight.

Virtually any fiber supplements are also good to add to this to keep you shitting, assuming you drink enough water.

This combo is sold as is all over Amazon and etsy. Pick one and follow the directions.
>turpentine + sugar
Only buy 100% pure gum spirits for this. Diamond G or creekwater naturals are good brands for this. Drip turpentine over sugar. Start with 1/2 tsp, work up to 1tsp. Take for 3-5 days, then switch to twice a week. Take a 2 week break after 3-4 weeks of this, then follow up with a different protocol. Turpentine is also extremely effective at killing candida. Can also use 1tbsp of castor oil instead of sugar. Castor oil also makes you shit.
Other noteworthy anti-parasite ingredients:
(Search "parasite cleanse" on etsy, compare ingredients, cycle different combinations with 2 week breaks between each. Or buy ingredients on mountain rose herbs and make your own if feeling brave)
