Also you likely won't need 12.5mg depending on how your bloods look, lots of people go down to 6.25mg. Wtf, there's so much wrong with this. 25mg Spiro is barely therapeutic dose for people with blood pressure issues, it won't have any effect on your T. And if he does decide to increase it then yes, no estradiol would be bad since you'd be deficient in both hormones. If he's not stupid maybe he's just testing the drug on you in a small amount to make sure it's safe.
8 hours is ideal. This just means for 2/3 of the cycle you’ll likely be under recommended levels.

Sure, if you take 150mg a day for months and months. If you take cypro I'd just take a b12 vitamin later on

Nah it's just that cypro long term can make you deficient in b12. Again, at hrt doses cypro doesn't have any serious sides
