even ciswomen are afraid of this shit. philtrum makes you look uglier and older and inevitably lengthens with age. i see one option: lengthen my short nose which is "one of the of the most difficult procedures to perform in the world of rhinoplasty" so again, a lot of money to waste with the potential to make me look even worse
as for lip lift:
