It's not a carcinogen, it's just can enhance specific estrogen related tissues like cancer in the female reproductive tract and breasts.
It only enhances those cancers because estrogen increases cell turn over rate in those tissues.
But it is not carcinogenic... Our breast cancer rates are lower than woman, and we don't have female reproductive tracts... It's not a worry you should have.

No it is not linked to increasing or growing cancers in other tissues. As most other tissues are not dependent on estrogen for growth.
