How much does full face laser generally cost? Is there a good guide for getting laser done?
Laser
Mine is $50 a session I usually book 3 at a time, not even sure how many sessions I've had now maybe 16?
I get little random hairs still but they're thin, I go over a week without shaving and I only notice hairs if I look at my face super close in the mirror
do you mind me asking around where u live? did you have to shop around to find something that price? I've been told laser is really expensive where I live
It cost me $20 per session
I'm in canada, I lived in newfoundland prior and it was like 25 more a session
someone told me it's gonna be like thousands of dollars for a full face session... I just don't know anything about this really. I'm in Florida
>50 a session
For me it's 15€ each session and it's done fucking wonders, it literally burnt my facial hair to the point my moustache literally just doesn't grow again. I only get some lines of hair I can easily shave, and I've gotten 4 sessions (1 each month)
Literally the best thing ever to exist
You should never pay that much lmao
I've literally never heard of someone paying that much
That's electrolysis tier pricing
No idea what it's like in Florida since I don't live in North America but search around
After like 4-5 sessions I didn't have much hair growth left, I just really want to be completely 100% hair free, around my jaw line I get scattered hair and the coner of my lip I get a couple, I don't think I need to continue laser desu, I might see if electrolysis would be better to get the few hairs left
Laser is not permanent, don't get memed into doing it, you have to get electrolysis
even if it's not permanent or total I just want to stop having to shave so much. I shave every single day and it is really not so great on my skin. Plus I might detrans one day so it would be nice to be able to grow some facial hair again in the far future (I'm an hrt femboy)
Where I am it's 80 bucks a session. I'm currently getting electrolysis and laser done on my top lip which is 125.
Laser is permanent if done to completion, it just takes more than a 6 session groupoun to get done. I went every six weeks for almost 2 years and now have nothing but a few thin blond hairs on my face. Some people may have to get a touch up at some point, but it’s nothing serious.
Use groupon, I paid around $300 for 6 sessions of full face/neck, and that was one of the more expensive options (closer to my house, alexandrite laser and better reviews).
For reference the single session (face/neck) is like $130 or $70 for a touchup, and so you definitely want to use groupon for 6+ sessions.
Make sure you research which laser the salon uses, and try to only go to a place that uses alexandrite/YAG as other options just aren't as effective.
It's semi-permanent and also hair grows in cycles (follicles have stages of growth) with only certain stages making follicles vulnerable to laser (as compared to electro which can get it in any stage). So, you can't just do it all at once and expect laser to be done with.
Tho ya electrolysis is the de facto best but it's also the most expensive.
Can't find any near me that aren't at least $200 a session (none have Groupons) and don't know how useful it'd be on reddish facial hair anyway. Have any of you had any redness in your facial hair and had any success? Are there lasers that do better with it? Cutting myself and getting razor burn every 12 hours for the rest of my life is not something I'm looking forward to.
what was your facial hair like before you got it done? idk if I have 2 years :(
thank you for this advice. What makes those types, alexandrite and YAG(?) better than others? They just kill follicles more effectively? I have blonde hair but like light brown facial hair so idk if that makes a difference. I might go electrolysis if I can afford it vs a groupon.
You're going to have regrowth within the next few years so have fun with that when it happens
$550 for 12 sessions with a local bougie medi spa, there were cheaper but this place is cute a near a cafe i like.
Ideal/milan are scams
don't let gropon be an obstacle, those things are 100% scams meant to get you through the door, when you look at the total price of anything "groupon" based you're either not getting what you think you're getting, or there are hidden costs that will end up making it be the same in the end but with more steps
ideal quoted me 6k for it. they pressured my friends fiance into financing full body for like 15. Another troon i k paid 15k to milan for full body.
Its a ripoff but they advertise a lot, lie and use high pressure tactics that clearly work
