There is no high-quality, practical voice training guide for absolute beginners. The few guides that exist are deliberately obtuse to get you to contact the guide maker and pay for their private lessons. Virtually every voice passer dismisses the guides that exist anyway, almost every voice passer I've ever seen always say they just fucked around until they had a passable voice (usually because they never had voice dysphoria so the process was actually fun and enjoyable for them) or they simply had a passable voice to begin with, or only needed minor tweaks to pass.
If you are someone with a deep masculine voice, who used voice guides and practiced and eventually got a passable voice, please for the love of god post in this thread and prove me wrong so I don't have to kill myself.

I did have voice dysphoria and I did the same thing I do with my face, forced exposure by looking into a mirror at least an hour a day or by turning on voice loopback constantly to hear myself whenever I speak on my computer. It made me really depressed but motivated to change it so now I have a shitty fag fem voice I guess.

OP I can only say that it will take YEARS, but anyone can do it. There is no quick trick. I was dysphoric as fuck and hated doing it, but you HAVE to listen to your own sound.

I have heard loads of good results with weber glottoplasty. I always thought kinda like you but i actually am seriously impressed by my surgeons results so im gonna do it. I have voice trained for ages and people say it passes but my starting point was like 60hz literally no exaggeration. I speak around 150hz now but i really think i could use a little surgical help. I don't want to be able to sing Bb0 anymore idc about losing lower range
