What keeps me looking like a man?

I used to be called female before FFS but now everyone genders me male, I have been gendered male more than female this month.

Thin the brows, learn makeup and put your hair down

I was told my eyebrows were overplucked when I had them thinner

I wonder how eyebrows alone can make such difference, there are women who have big eyebrows.

Because it's about the overall "score" of your fem vs masc features. The women who have big eyebrows but who look womanly overall, usually have certain hyperfeminine features elsewhere on the face. If she has a long philtrum and big head like OP, she cant get away with big eyebrows.

Yes, the pictures are not exactly what I look like in real life, my face is shorter and wider irl. I have a shitty cheap old nokia phone.

You have a big ass head and thick ass neck. You have a big ass nose and a big ass forehead. Also a big ass upper lip space but a tiny upper lip. All signs lead to masc.
