Read those two links. You have to get a lot of therapy and you don't immediately get diagnosed bc of touching a barbie once. They're asked about their feelings and relation to gender. I'm assuming she has a gender dysphoria diagnosis if she's getting bottom surgery.
I've hated my natal genitals for as long as I could remember. I would harm myself on my genitals by the time I was 4/5. I tried to burn them when I was around 8. Gender identity often presents in young children and that's normal. I knew something was wrong for as long as I had consciousness.
