If there was a magic drug that could turn you into the opposite sex with 0 negative effects I probably would support it, but even with that magic drug you can't change the way you were raised and the way society influenced you while being your original gender. yeah i was in the same boat as you, i managed to get it down to 50mg a day before my boysmell came back but that stressed me out and i didn’t want to risk it so im just taking my regular 200mg dose for one more month and then i can switch to something else when i get a new endo

Good for you for getting on injectable E. It is both more effective and easier/less intrusive to your life imo.

200 mg of spiro does sound excessive. I was on 100 mg per day and my T levels were in the right range. I'm on 50 mg per day now. Either way I would recommend seeing your doctor or getting a blood test before you change up your spiro levels. Estrogen monotherapy can be effective, but you would have to monitor your T levels carefully to make sure they don't go too high. WIthout the spiro there's nothing stopping your body from producing T except for the effects of the estrogen itself. Do some research and please do some blood tests or check with your doctor.

Ween off spiro. It can stunt your breasts. Also hold the skin taut when putting the needle in and pulling it out. You won't bleed a drop that way. It makes a z-shaped needle track.
