>Puberty is a photographic memoir that chronicles two years of Laurence’s life as they began hormone replacement therapy (HRT) as a non-binary transgender person. The project combines surreal colors and mundane environments to document the daily moments and subtle physical changes occurring during their transition. Looking at HRT as a process without a fixed end goal, Puberty challenges viewers to consider identity beyond binaries.
>subtle physical changes occurring during their transition. >Looking at HRT as a process without a fixed end goal
See that?
An entire art exhibit bringing attention to the SUBTLE PHYSICAL CHANGES that occur during transition and an viewing HIRT as a PROCESS WITHOUT A FIXED END GOAL instead of some end result that must be reached.
I wish you Negative Nancy, boohooing, woe is me, my breasts are too small, I'm not getting enough changes, etc, etc. posters could see this exhibit.
Maybe then you'd understand transition is not about passing and to learn to appreciate the subtle changes.
Nigga. I didn't get any changes even with right levels
Liam Thompson
How do you know you didn't get any changes?
The changes are subtle.
Did you look inside yourself and ask if you got the changes?
I bet you didn't.
Luke Miller
i think it’s worth noting that they are enby an will have very different expectations when it comes to the result of hrt compared to the average trans woman
Ian Parker
Cease with spaz talk. I'm not blind and when I compare pre hrt photo to photo of now after 9 months, they look exactly the same
Joshua Ortiz
>reddit spacing
John Robinson
>haha you don't need any noticeable changes from hrt Negative Nancies! >just look at this cringe hon who made an entire art installation to cope with not passing, just be like them!
Henry Green
reddit spacing is superior
Julian Morris
Listen, buttinskies.
I drew a picture for you.
It's clear enough that I'm sure even Debbie Downers like you can understand.
i really like the idea in concept but i wish instead of being all artsy it was setup like that pantone code skincolor exhibition
Nathaniel Peterson
>cringe hon they're afab so it looks like the nbmoding is working
Colton Hernandez
No it isn’t, the posts I replied to didn’t need to have that many line breaks at all. I actually agree with parts of what OP said but that formatting is cancer.
Nolan Sanders
it's more readable seethe harder
Gavin Ramirez
My goal was being pretty male not passing, you dense bitch.
Owen Smith
Most of those line breaks don’t improve readability at all, and just for the record, unlike some retards I know that line breaks aren’t necessarily reddit spacing. Having an arbitrary line break after the reply index and using more line breaks than necessary is reddit spacing and it doesn’t improve readability, it just shows that you should go back.

>The goal of transition is not to "pass". Yes it is. People see each other as either men or women in 99.9% of cases. You may be seen as "androgynous" but in most of that yellow box it's only temporary until they can find out your sex. The goal is to get close enough that whether or not you pass 100% very few people will see you as your preferred gender anymore.
Wyatt Gray
>The goal is >very few people will see you as your preferred gender anymore erm
Eli Allen
>Maybe then you'd understand transition is not about passing have you considered maybe youre view of transition isn’t the same as everybody else’s and a lot of us just want to be 100% normal women?
Cameron Davis
>you dense bitch.
Listen, stunad.
No need to get angry at me.
Your fight isn't with me.
It's with the inner demon that's preventing you with being unhappy with the subtle changes you've experienced from HRT.
There's no such thing as "100% normal women".
Jaxon Myers
you know what i meant lol
Henry Clark
>until they can find out your sex
"Passing" is highly subjective.
You can pass to some people, but you won't to others.
And even if you somehow believe you pass to everyone based on the feedback you're getting...
>"You may be seen as "androgynous" but in most of that yellow box it's only temporary until they can find out your sex."
...the same still applies.
Once they figure out your birth sex, they will choose to put you somewhere on that line.
>Yes it is.
No it's not, because based on what I said above, you can't pass to everyone 100% of the time.
The goal of transition is to move as far away as possible from the point where you started and end up somewhere where you are finally comfortable in your own skin and like what you see in the mirror.
