I would be surprised if (You) knew why people are transgender when no one has identified a reliable cause/predictor. Gender dysphoria isn't even real and only exists in the DSM-5 for insurance purposes.

Funny that you mention autism. Did you know that it is somehow connected to the process of sexual differentiation in utero? That hormonal process that makes males and females develop differently before they're born. Unusually high levels of either androgens or estrogens are associated with it.

It's also associated with same-sex attraction, which makes sense, as same-sex attraction is itself associated with having some brain features that are unusually similar to those possessed by people of the opposite sex, on average. Transgender people also tend to have features like that, but located differently. Oh, and of course, same-sex attraction correlates with being transgender.

So you have this neat little triangle. What else? Well, being intersex. That increases the odds you'll transition. Having an identical twin who is transgender will vastly boost your odds, but having a sibling like that will not. If a few preliminary studies are to be believed, having genes that make you less sensitive to the dominant sex hormones of your overt sex. There's also your sex itself. That seems to influence gender identity. For instance if you raise a would-be cisgender male as a girl they're far more likely to develop gender dysphoria.

So I ask, do you know why people are transgender? And if you do, why do you say such things to us?

You brought up no "facts", just a bag of correlations from a couple studies. The best defense of troonism is that adults can do whatever they want. Unfortunately troonology cant stop there, so with the power of studies that cant be replicated, WPATH and friends want to troon children now, and even force the state to intervene and take children from parents that disagree with trooning/putting their sons on Lupron.

I do not understand. Are these findings not factual? Do you think that it's a coincidence that all of these different studies insistently point in the same direction, year in, year out, over decades? That it's a worldwide conspiracy? How can you tell that this is the case and that I'm not the one who is right? If you're going to dismiss all evidence that you do not like as false then you've made yourself impossible to convince of anything. So how can you know that you're in the right?
