It's been 3+ years since I quit working out and lost ~60lbs of mass, but I still look athletic. I just gave up and started hitting the gym again. I only train my back and lower body this time around.

Just blast 100 mcg t3 daily, do rolling 72s with hard cardio daily, avoid as much upper body use as possible and bam youve lost 20kg of muscle in 2-3 months.

Nta, but it's a thyroid whoremoan, usually branded as cytomel in roid shops. I used it also, and it's pretty good for melting muscles, it basically makes you really catabolic. Good stuff, but you'll lose a lot of fat as well. Sadly, I couldn't get rid of everything I needed, my tris are super fucking stubborn and withstood even 2 cycles of cytomel.

T3 is the metabolic rate hormone, speeds up your metabolism burning both fat and muscle when you have a good calorie deficit, can also be used when bulking since it increases ptor but obviously youd need good amount of protein for that. Keep in mind it will make you hungry af so you need to be stubborn about starving yourself.
Well once i stopped the cut i ended up eating a lot of calories daily for 2 months and regained half my weight but just in fat, had to lose it slowly by just normal dieting. Originally was 85-86kg down to 64 in 2 months from August to october, kept it till december, then balloon to 76 by february and now slowly lost to 68-69 but got bigger legs and 6cm smoler arms. So it wont be a problem regaining the fat in no time.

yeah I just wanna lose upper body muscle tho. I mean, my arms are a bit bulky but not defined by any means. If i was to lose all around muscle mass, I feel my lower body would end up looking too masc. Only thing keeping my body passing atm is a fem lower body.
