There has to be a fix I have this issue too. I have such hooded eyes I can’t do eye makeup at all even with hooded eye tape.
Almond eye surgery exists and I think maybe this with ffs to soft the orbital ridges and cheek implants or something might help
I a lot of people with this have flat back of heads and kinda wide heads too. Well I do anyway so maybe head contouring would help fix it because the face might be pulled upwards instead of down from the eyes.
