no to either of those. I'm taller and have a bigger frame than like 90% of the women I see but I get gendered correctly regardless. women come in all sorts of weird shapes so the barrier isn't as high as you'd think
transitioned at 15, FFS and boob job and people still clock me. there's a recent study that shows that HRT doesn't really effect skeletal changes unless it's taken (or at least blockers, maybe specifically lupron?) before the age of about 13 and a half. otherwise you get male bones and then your "mannerisms" which are really just the way your body moves in 3D space when you enact your "natural" feminine faggy mannerisms, will always look "off" to cisoids. I've set up a video camera in my room just to confirm this. I probably only truly "pass" 80% of the time, 19% of the time is when people clock me and are nice so I don't find out, 1% of the time is when people clock me and are mean about it.

idk i almost finished puberty and im taller than all women where i live. my shoulders are broader than any women where i live. im twice the size of female coworkers. i transitioned at 17 but clearly didnt make it, i still get misgendered sometimes
My body is very upper body heavy, there’s not a whole lot I can do about that. I’m doing targeted workouts and stuff, but even with surgery I don’t know how good my odds are.

If you want to transition when you're young enough to look female you need to do it around 15 before you get man face and man shoulders and your hip bones fuse. The key is to not look like a grown man at the age you transition. If you look like you're low T and had a weak puberty then you'll probably sort of pass.

Wow that's just your experience I started taking testosterone blockers at 13 for my mental health. By the time I was 15 I started having problems passing his mail by the time I was 16 I was taking estrogen and passing 100% as female
