How do I cope with starting too late?

How does one cope with the fact that they started at 23, and thus, will never pass?

Manmoding is not an option as it would likely result in suicide, however, it is still quite difficult to accept that I will never be a woman nor will I pass.

I'm sorry user
I never had a chance but it still hurts to know that
Moving won't change my face though.

You said manmoding would result in suicide, hence the advice I gave. I started hrt at 23 too and really the best you can do is shift your transition focus from desiring to pass to trying to reduce your dysphoria as much as possible, that's all you can really do.

I would also want to eventually be able to look in at myself without wanting to vomit. That would be cool.

Starting at 27 i found a huge difference at year 2 vs 4. Like fat distro is an insanely slow process. I'd focus less on passing, and more on being content with yourself.
Finding a style you can wear that compliments where your at with you androgeny is better than boymoding or girlmoding. Get comfy being an obvious tranny...
Work on your voice.
Maintain your health and exercise.
Being obviously trans doesn't preclude tou from being attractive or having a nice body.
Also never stop hunting for a man because your going to be talking to lots and lots of them finding a bf.
Work on making money to FFS and whatever procedures you want done.
Also there is always fatmaxxing.

Then work towards that. Figure out what makes you most dysphoric, what you can put effort towards now, and what you need to do for longer term things like things that'll only be fixed with SRS/FFS/etc

>just 6 more months bro i swear just 6 more months bro thats when fat distribution really starts taking place!!
nta but people have been telling me X amount of time is the true time you really start to see fat redistribution take place since I was 6 months hrt, im starting to think that it doesn't really and "you just need X more time" is a hand wave away to make people feel better
