its been over a year and i look EXACTLY the same. i understand 3 months, but 13 months? ive talked to trannies on here pre-hrt who start passing by 6 months and i look exactly the fucking same, body and all, just with some tubular "breasts" that grew out of my chest looking like tumors. how?

i exercised till about 6 months in when i gave up after seeing no results. i also did lots of cardio and basic bitch exercises like squats and donkey kicks pre-hrt

i know the pain, thats me with most people desu, but i've also seen timelines where nothing happens for a year and they suddenly jump in progress greatly.
make sure levels are correct, make sure your on injections, and hopefully things work out

i developed facial hair and a brow ridge within a year or two of starting puberty and ive looked the same since age 15 so it had some pretty noticable effects within a year.

my estrogen levels are in the 300-400s range and my t is undetectable. im 13 months hrt and i only grew monstrous tube tits. i can fit 3 quarters on my nipple, its disgusting because its almost the entire mantit covered by nipple tissue.
