As someone who is a fighting casual the only other games I've played are all smash games, dbz fighterz, one blaz blue game. It's the least depth most shallow fighting game I've played WHICH ISN'T A BAD THING NECESSARILY you can get father in it just being good at neutral without having to do really hard borderline impossible combos for normie players.

In terms of music, animation and style 10/10. I love Bridget actually she/ he whatever is my favorite character I love the yoyo walk animation. I personally prefer to think of her as someone who decided on she/ her pronouns after a long personal journey but I understand the debate over translations. The producer is very pro trans and lgbt for Japan so I can really see it either way. If any series would have a tranny it would be guilty gear because they have multiple androgynous of genderfuck characters all the way back.

His entire character arc was about becoming more masculine after pretending to be a girl during his childhood due to unfortunate circumstance. I'm pissed that they're now trying to rewrite him as trans not because of "le trannies" or anything but it's fucked up from a writing and context viewpoint.
