I wish it was easier. Do your best to make connections with other people in your local area and plan to escape your partner. They aren't good for you.

depends if its just in a sudden moment of rage, or if it's more sinister. I (white cis guy) lived with a black guy for a couple months. BIG into BLM. he got violent a couple times and i just shrugged it off to drugs or mental/emotional problems, but then he kept doing it and becoming more comfortable with it. landlord when i asked, literally told me i risk jailtime if I fight back and hurt him (bc black ppl (esp those involved in BLM) are untouchable now) so i got the fuck out of there asap

IMO if he does and then acts down and apologizes and then tries to minimiz that behavior more each time, then you know hes trying to get better and its just some shit hes got to work through

If it continually gets worse and he shows less remorse each time he's a sociopath and you need to work on trying to find other arrangements

i literally had to move out of a house I paid the rent on up front for the whole year after 2 months bc i was living w a black guy who got violent every chance he got and then the landlord ignored everything he did, even when i sent her a vid of him pulling a gun on me and forcing me to leave my own house, and told me if i try to fight back then i will be charged and arrested

so basically, thats right when i stopped caring about BLM or anything of the sort. I used to be a super ally to BLM, bc i actually had empathy for their struggle. now Im sure most of them are just using it as a tool to gain power, if they were in charge theyd prob be less humane than whites are anyways
