It's more likely she's just not conventionally attractive or very early in her transition. And is blaming her lack of success on her genitals.

With that said, lesbians can be a little weird sometimes. One I was with mentioned estrogen a good bit (in a joking manner, sorta) in a way that made me feel like they were affirming like "she's not a man, look at her tits" or whatevs.

Also, being 30+ (which I suspect this person is based on their language and the fact that they're posting on /r/asktransgender) doesn't help. Younger lesbians are generally more trans accepting and experimental.

Yeah. I transitioned at 18 and I don't think I would have come out or even realized I was trans if I was raised like, 10 years earlier. Because it did take a little exposure to trans positive media and information for my brain to finally be like, "ok, a trans woman is something you can actually be". Best wishes
