If you need to skip work for period you have probably some issues like endometriosis. I just take some pain medication and Im fine.

the pain isn't too severe, it's mostly cause I work in a warehouse and can't use the bathroom a lot and keep bleeding thru the toilet paper and having to shit a lot :/
