idk the exact terms but i’d like my hairline lowered a bit, i don’t have a very prominent brow ridge but idk maybe something with that. my jaw and chin a little wide. desu… it could also be that i just need a nose job but idk. i genuinely don’t know but i know i can make myself pretty in photos but irl i feel ugly but also people say i’m prettier in person so i have no clue anymore. i think i may just actually be mega BDD and i will never see myself as i am so i don’t think i should get surgery maybe. but maybe i could get a eyebrow lift and i’ll be fine

Its alright not to be sure. Once you start doing consultations the doctors are usually pretty good at pointing out what you might actually need, and I didn't feel like I got "upsold" at all during that process. Brow is usually the the most common change for feminization, and rhino is typically what changes the face the most. I'd say you're fine on jaw but I've only seen pictures so you know what bothers you better than I do.

I understand that this is intended as a compliment but it's not really a helpful comment. A lot of it is how we feel looking in the mirror, and even if everyone else finds a trans woman 100% passable she may not feel that way and would need the surgery in order to feel comfortable for herself.
