12.5mg a day isn't always enough. If you don't think your T is blocked up it to 25mg.

I got a blood test before HRT, the results were

E: 0,13 nmol/l
T: 12.1 nmol/l

and a month after starting, the values were

E: 0,35 nmol/l
T: 0.6 nmol/l

0.6 seems pretty low, no?

yea considering my blood test results, it seemed like even if it was safe (which i know it isn't) there's not really any reason to increase my cypro dosage lol

So you take 6mg in total everyday? That's not low at all. Just make sure to check your levels, because there's a chance you may metabolize it a lot more than normal. In that case, you may want to try to up your dose or take sublingual tablets or even intramuscular injections.

are you swallowing the e or dissolving it under your tongue or in your lip?

swallowing=oral=hondose

under tongue=sublingual=not hondose probably
in lip=buccal=not hondose probably

if you do buccal or sublingual you will have more even levels breaking it up into 1.5 mg 4 times per day or 2 mg 3 times per day

How long have you been on HRT? If you started very recently, you may keep those low levels for a while (people say it's supposed to be good for breast growth). I've heard having too high of a dose when taking oral E may start to get a little dangerous because of blood clots, but I'm not sure until what dose it's safe.
Also, your T is at 100 pg/mL, which is quite high. If you're taking 6mg of E a day, 12.5mg of cpa should've suppressed it. You could maybe try to double your cpa dose, and switch to mono injections when your boobs develop to tanner 2 or 3 stages.

honestly injections are the most effective and least annoying way to take E once you get used to needling yourself

injecting once every 5-7 days >>> dissolving 4 pills per day

do it split up twice a day, every 12 hours, that way your levels are consistent.

oral estrogen and sublingual estrogen are two different types of medication. you cannot use oral estrogen sublingually or sublingual estrogen orally (oral means swallow)

In theory you can if you crush your oral E pills, but in practice it still takes a long time and it will probably result in them swallowing a lot of spit with undissolved E, so it's really better to just get proper sublingual tablets.

i'm pretty sure most pills can be dissolved under your tongue and they work just fine

i dissolved my oral e pills under my tongue and got decent levels. i even tried spitting on them and putting them up my ass and got decent levels. you can definitely dissolve them and absorb them through membranes.

this is not true, if it's a powdery pill like the green teva b 887 2 estradiol or alprazolam etc rather than a capsule or gel thing then you can take it sub. of course it depends on what drug specifically if it is actually useful to do it sub

i think decent levels is around 250 pg/ml estradiol at trough (right before taking next dose of pill/injection). You just try to get the level that cis women have (on average throughout their cycle).
