There's a bare minimum of self care that all cis women do to lool the way they do, there's also a bare minimum of self care that attractive people do to look the way they do.

Is your hair grown out? Have you had it cut/styled by a professional?
Have you been eating healthy and exercising? Are you a healthy weight for a woman your height/age?
Do you have a good skincare regimine that you adhere to?
Have you learned and do you regularly apply makeup?
Do you wear clothes that compliment your shape and cut a more feminine silhouette?
Are your brows plucked? Your legs shaved?
Do you get a healthy amount of sun (with sunscreen) and sleep?

I don't want to hear that you've been skipping any one of those things. They're all bare minimim stuff you have to do everyday.

I don't even look like an ugly girl user. I look like a crossdressing man. I have been putting in work and trying my best and just nothing. I get nothing from it. I've been on hrt for nearly two years and I honestly think I've just gotten more masculine.

It's damaging to compare yourself to ciswomen cos we're not cis. We're biologically at a disadvantage and that doesn't mean it's okay but it just means it's not worth comparing if it ends up giving you tiring bad thoughts. Also I knew a cisgirl in my driving classes that wore makeup daily and got called sir so it's much worse for her since she's actually cis and there's always FFS as an option

Think of it this way. It would be worth it to save up for one FFS that is the most important to your face to pass/look pretty. Like the browbone/ jawline/ nose (pick only one). It would be worth it to work hard now and save up so you can get it as soon as possible, so you get to live more time passing in the present. Also FFS is cheaper in Thailand & Korea and just as good if not better than in the U.S

are you fucking joke? that's not how HRT works. 2 years is when most of it is done according to my doctor, plus it's not going to change my horrid bone structure or the fact I can't afford FFS
