This is why they tell you to use a proper binder, and to not wear it for too long, and to make sure its not too tight. Binding your tits leads to deformities especially when its done incorrectly at a young age. Those titties look awful though. I'm gay and I literally want to pinch them really hard just to hurt you for being so ugly.
iirc it's just them not developing correctly and not really dependent on outside factors (so i don't the binding did it) . women that have pcos since puberty also get them

She used to have mismatching cone tits that triggered her dysphoria, she is now a pure women once more.

Implants surgeries are not overly expensive or complicated these days, we were able to get a good chunk of the expenses covered by insurances to as it was considered a corrective surgeries.
If you are going to get your breast eventually removed anyway you should at least see how life would be like with a full pert pair. You can very easily have the surgery undone and covered by insurance as yet more "corrective surgery" if they aren't your cup of tea.

I would have tried to cajole her in to get DD+ but knew she would absolutely object to going that large, but 36c boobs are basically crypto d's.
