I had ffs with facial team a year and a half ago. I had rhinoplasty, forehead reconstruction, genioplasty and jaw shave.
While I am happy with the forehead and nose, I regret the genioplasty (chin), especially insofar as it looks with the jaw shave. I was born with a receding chin and I had it move forward (like picrel, not actually me). This combined with making my jaw slimmer has made my face look thinner and longer and exaggerated my midface by making my chin longer too. I look uncanny now and I am more dysphoric about my face than before FFS.
Anyone else had a similar experience? What do I do? Do I just get treatment for bdd?

It's more pronounced than before. It doesn't have the cleft anymore which was part of the problem but other than that I don't think it's more feminine.

This. You look way more feminine now especially your midface. Just go to therapy for bdd. But they did do too much to your chin, probably because you told them to since their work is usually more subtle than this.
Your chin literally can't be more pronounced if they made it smaller. That's not how sizes of things work. You have brainworms. If those pictures don't show it then post pics that do.

They didn't make it smaller. My genioplasty moved my chin forward, not backward.
