Unironically it's because this board (and generally queer communities as a whole) are based around identity rather than common interest.

Trans healthcare needs to include bone density, body mass index, and some cosmetic components in order to actually help with dysphoria, because if dysphoria is real, realistic physical goals must be implemented and carried out instead of masking the dysphoria with kind words. That is not medically sound.
