I don't know enough about how menstruation works to say this is wrong.
For all I know, a lot of the symptoms are caused by female hormone profile doing a bunch of shit in the body that doesn't require female organs.

there is some highly irregular interval (at least as far as I have been mindful enough to pay attention and note it) at which my breasts become hot to the touch and I am perhaps slightly more irritable than usual, and it does not seem to correspond with my weekly injections, but I suspect this could just as well be due to the interactions of estrogen and whatever natal male hormonal cycles I would have otherwise been going through or up to more random factors because mammals and sexual dimorphism are fucking stupid
