try and talk to the people you care about once a week at least. even if you can't go out and do anything just voice chatting for an hour or so is good enough. Having hobbies helps, anything that can bring you and other people together really. If you have nobody in your life then lurk /soc/ for a bit in friend finder threads and figure out the best way to make yourself appealing. You can get 50+ adds a day from people who all want to talk to you if your even halfway competent

i promise you can make friendships lasting many years in my game pso2, my two best friends i met on the previous game Phantasy Star Universe, i have known them both for 15 years now and they know all of my deepest closest everything, they have never let me down
