lotion

cera ve hydrating face wash once a day at night
moisturize twice a day
also shower more stinky
t. lazy boymoder with ok skin

Do some research on what type of skin you have and get a cleanser and a moisturizer for daily use try doing it in the shower, then once a day, then work yourself up to doing that twice a day. Once after you wake up and once before bed. It's hard to start routines but this is what I did to start my face routine

face wash AND moisturize twice a day? are you fucking insane? I don't sweat and don't need to shower more than I do
research is not low effort not gonna read any of what you just typed

lotion and facial moisturizer immediately out of the shower while your pores are open
wash your face every night before bed, dont put your fucking dirty oily face on your pillowcase

bro it's once a day, are you retarded? what the fuck are you so busy doing that you can't take 3 minutes to wash your face and apply moisturizer.
also you should shower every day like an adult.

>bro
ngmi malebrain too strong

how do you not sweat we have global warming

it's a genetic thing that I inherited from my mother I can literally be overheating and dying and my body will refuse to sweat

because being incapable of showering or taking care of your skin is sooo fembrained

yes women in 10,000 BC didn't exactly have a skincare routine. modern femininity does not exist in a vacuum, user.

it's not 10000 bc

Shave with safety razor
Rinse of shaving cream
Exfoliate (once a week)
Rinse off
Cleanser (face soap)
Rinse off
Wait to dry
Moisturizer
Use the anti acne stuff if you are prone to pimples or the really thick stuff if your skin gets really dry

Then just wash your face with the cleanser whenever you shower, and moisturize after. I use Cetaphil foaming face wash, but the CeraVe version is fine too. I also bought a pack of pillowcases that I just keep in a drawer of my bedframe so I can swap them out daily without having to wash them all the time. You could get the pillowcases here amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B08HDF7Y8V, then just get a foaming face wash and face moisturizer from either of those brands

this is an acceptable amount of effort, thank you user

ive used cerave acne foaming cream cleanser twice a day for a month or so, and still before once a day for like a year except one other month i did twice a day
but i never notice any difference, which is what makes it hard to motivate myself enough to do it twice
like idk am i possibly somehow doing something wrong? am i supposed to feel something? what i usually do is prepare my skin with hot water first to get the pores to open up or w/e ig idk, then spread the cleanser, then rinse off with cold water
that last step is more recent change cause before i'd just use hot water to rinse too, but not that it seems to matter anyway
idk i think i am bad at noticing differences with my body cause some weird coping which caused me to just not pay attention to my body possibly cause gender dysphoria or something idk, which speaking of im hoping that once i finally get on hrt that the T suppression will finally get rid of my damn acne
im like equally dysphoric about my acne as i am about some of the gender stuff i just want nice clear smooth skin
but still i'd think that surely after so long it should be pretty much cleared up

no way I'm gonna read all that but happy for you or sorry that happened

Maybe try scrubbing your face with a warm soaked cloth to exfoliate. And if you're not that lazy you can even use face wash :^)

just use a moisture with spf. its cheap, you can get a bottle that lasts a couple months for $10. it will moisture your skin, but more importantly, it will protect your skin for when you arnt a depressed NEET later. rest assured they you atleast arnt willingly participating in rapid UV-fueled photoaging which is pretty much the only thing that matters long term.

peak retardmoder, godspeed
