That’s not how it works and it doesn’t make your boobs “smaller” it just empties em and creates a lot of loose skin which arguably can lead to worse results if you don’t got a good surgeon.
Yeah smaller tits =/= better results, especially in the case of small enough for peri. Peri looks weird as hell a lotta the time because it doesn’t reshape the skin sometimes you can still see the ghost of titties and it doesn’t look like a cis chest
