Idk. A few weeks ago my T was 90ng/dl and my E was 150pg/ml but I upped my E and started taking it sublingually but I'm sure my T is still up and even if it isn't it doesn't matter because hrt was ""working"", I now have small disgusting cone shaped boobs, yay, my face or body literally no changes

For one your T levels are way to high, you ideally wont under 30pg/dl.
If your just taking E your going to need really up your dose to hit monotherapy levels and suppress your T.
Otherwise if not taking an AA no wonder your results are comming slow, but even with perfect levels, it takes a while.
For someone like me I got mistaken as a woman occasionally at a year, but only consistently and daily at 3+.
It's a slow process.

Spiro 100mg/day+subl e 6mg/day, it was.4 mg oral e before I knew my T got higher for some reason and now I upped my E and started taking it sublingually

Just so you know, spiro doesn't lower you T level, it just blocks T from hitting androgen receptors.
In your regiment you E dosage is the only thing lowering your testosterone.
If you take 2mg's of E every 8 hours sublingually, you'd most likely be good.
but even for your T levels the spiro should be blocking the amount fairly well.
Mtf's being ahead of any woman is just not true. Unless your a young good looking passing tranny, them maybe...
but it's a different kind of rough life I'd say...
