Actual cisgender males do not elect to undergo a medical treatment called male-to-female hormone replacement therapy. So yes, the "hrt femboy" moniker is cope and a delusion. I'm not trans but that much is transparently obvious to anyone outside the microscopic segment of this board that have convinced themselves they are cisgender men--while regularly injecting estrogen and testosterone blockers into their body.

Choosing to demasculinize your body, develop female sex characteristics, and make yourself sterile does make you less of a man. You don't have to call yourself a woman if you don't want to, but you're not a cis man if you use estrogen.

Not all trannies do this either. At the very least, socially well-adjusted trannies (like me) know to keep their mouth shut and accept the social judgement of their peers.
