I find the expression "trans rights are human rights" fundamentally disagreeable. It should be "human rights are trans rights". All trans rights should naturally follow from existing rights, in fact, and deviation from that paradigm should be considered an offense and an inconsistency within the law. As such, there are no trans rights, other than human rights applied consistently.
I find the expression "trans rights are human rights" fundamentally disagreeable...
holy fuck shut the fuck up
The usa doesnt believe in human rights anyway...
That's true, but then we have to fix human rights, which means we have to fix the UN, which means we have to admit the UN is corrupt, which means...
voting has time and time again proven to do nothing in this country, unfortunately the violent options have no guarantee of solving these issues too, the best solution is to attempt to get out if this shithole country
based, leave already
Now, what could I have possibly said to offend you?
The UN is worthless and has no real say in what is and isn't in the constitution of a given country.
"Human dignity shall be inviolable. To respect and protect it shall be the duty of all state authority."
No constitution should be without this statement, or a statement to its effect.
if I had the means I would, trust me.
luckily I'm in a very blue state in the meantime but, no ability to leave yet the second I can tho, I'm gone
x is y
therefore y is also x
shut the fuck up i dont care if im wrong just let me feel smart and epic owning you
UN isn't corrupt. It's just useless structure created to give meaningless jobs to officials. UN says something, China, Russia of anyone else answers "I don't care, and what are you going to do?" League of Nations before UN was useless too.
prove human rights exist
>voting has time and time again proven to do nothing in this country
you're not the main character
there are people who disagree with you and vote accordingly
That's not what I'm talking about :^)
>Vote Dems nothing changes
>Vote Republicans things might change slightly but typically for the worse
The other thing is the corporations buy the representatives anyways and anyone who doesn't work for them gets cheated out of office no matter how many votes they get
They exist the moment a society agrees upon them.
I guess transexuals and bigfoot are real too then huh
Trans rights encroach on women's rights though
>voting has time and time again proven to do nothing in this country,

laws, at their most ideal, are an axiomatic system.
