all i did was learn how to control my larynx and use it to sing in the car while it was raised to train it. then one day i said fuck it and started speaking with it raised around my family and friends. i still don't think it's good, but if you want to get to my (admittedly low) level, then you could try that!

have you tried listening to yourself doing your resting voice and your raised voice in audacity? that could provide some clarity on what it's actually doing to it. it should sound "softer" for lack of a better term

yeah it sounds like exactly the same and idk what im doing wrong, becaus i can put my hand on my throat and feel that my larynx is raised and doesnt really dip much
