Why is it so common to find trans people in niche and obscure communities? Take for example low level programming and indie game development

because being a tranny makes you an outcast so you turn to obscure hobbies as escapism

If you mean mtfs, neurological defects tend to cluster.
If you mean FtMs, high IQ.

1. because trannies are usually autistic
2. because programmers earn well and work in progressive environments, so they can afford to transition while us peasants have to suffer in poverty

You have to be more open minded to be a niche type of person or to be creative, which tends to draw in people that are more accepting of minority groups than average.
Plus you have to be a pretty out there person to even transition in the first place, so trans people are naturally the more creative and niche types due to all the people who lack the intelligence to parse their dysphoria or the openness to engage with such a radical change to their lives becoming reppers instead.

Haha so gay = retarded
Glad I'm transbian

Autism.
That's it.

Untrue. Being in a niche community AND being trans just throws more light to you.

Bump

I’ve also found a lot of lgbt people in chainmail making communities funnily enough, which I definitely didn’t expect. Lot of fags love chainmail

body dysphoria

107 is higher than average

those communities also have very high numbers of autistic people, weird

Autistic autogynephiles.

So trans = autistic = retarded people?

Yes.

Easy, demographics that socialize mainly through the internet tend to cluster together (furries, weebs, trans ppl)

why do trans ppl socialize through obscure basket weaving forums?

Trans are a tiny demographic and aren't going to have a wide distribution due to the numbers

If it's so tiny, why every software project has at least one? Not counting redditors (eww, ik) and mastodon

becoming a codemonkey is not only easy to do, but you can likely work from home and not have to face any discrimination from coworkers (not that IT/compsci people trend right wing anyways at worst they’re lolberts)
