bruh growing body hair doesn't mean anything, shave it off. weight gain is directly tied to your caloric intake so either start working out or stop eating so much. a 'big frame' and 'masculinised face' are really nebulous too. maybe consider starting a skincare routine if you haven't already, coconut oil and sunscreen can be pretty good for softening up the skin. dressing to accentuate a more bottom heavy figure could probably help with the frame stuff too, or hell try waist training.
