I literally only got AA cups from hormones alone, on a high dose, for over 5 years.
For reference my cis sister only has A cups. I got BA because obviously they weren't going to get any bigger naturally and chest dysphoria was still driving me nuts.

It's high because dysphoria is a living hell and there's no effective treatment.
You will never be cis and most will never be cis passing, half of society if not more despise you, almost nobody wants you as a friend or partner.
Also many were forced into repping until adulthood due to social situations which does a number on your brain too.
I would likely have been thrown out the house if I came out in my youth.

Given that people are trying to call their three year olds trans now...yes, I believe that there need to be very stern and mindful gate keepers on what potentially harmful drugs and medical treatments parents are giving to their kids.

Like don't get me wrong, if you're committed and need to transition, that's great, good for you. Adults can be trusted to make adult decisions, after all. But when I hear another story of someone saying their five year old is committed to transitioning, my eye brows enter another dimension.
