They'll make outright disinformation even they think is ridiculous as "le ebin ironic joke" but you can always rely on some other Any Forumstard being dumb enough to blieve it at face value because it agrees with their feels. Then they use that as basis for their worldview and procede to make even MORE exaggerated "jokes" that other Any Forumstards fall for.
Throw in any questioning/fact-checking being disregarded as shills/glowies/jews/trannies and you have a self-reinforcing feedback loop with momentum to resist any hope of breaking free. Similar to how they maintain the "Any Forums is always right" meme by circle jerking the .000001% of the time they're coincidentally right while having endless excuses for the rest of the time they're hilariously wrong.
