12.5mg of cypro, and 2mg of estrogen a day

>12.5mg of cypro, and 2mg of estrogen a day
>Move to 4mg after 3 months
>Switch to injections after a year, then drop cypro
A kind user gave me this advice a long time ago and I was too much of a coward to do it. I'm trying to order this stuff now before I lose my nerve and go back to repressing it forever.
Does this sound good or will it kill me or some shit? I'm not in great health on account of hating letting other people see my disgusting male body under any circumstances.
Did they mean switch to 4mg of estrogen, or 4mg of cypro?
Injections of what?
Sorry for requesting spoonfeeding but I'm losing my goddamn mind and just want to take action.

To 4mg estrogen. Cypro should be exacly 12.5, less is going to be useless, more is gonna give you brain tumor.
Overall I'd say it's pretty standard scheme.

4mg of E he means. It seems like a good plan though, some might say the 2mg is a hondose but slowly ramping up E has given people some great results.

Thank you both so much, but
>more is gonna give you brain tumor
How legit is the risk of that?

The risk is low unless you take very high doses (25 and more) for a long time

Less isn't useless. CPA is maximally efficient at 12.5 every other day.

12.5 daily won't give you brain tumors necessarily, but it's a higher dose than 99% of tranners will need

Does anyone know where to get cypro? Wondering if it's harder to get in the UK.
Estrogen seems to be easy enough. Is the variety they sell to post-menopausal women the same kind that works?

Found a way to get estradiol. Do I need to take a lower dose of that or is it the same thing?

Estradiol is a synthetic human estrogen.

So the same thing, or is it less effective?
Also, I can't find cypro, but are Dutasteride or Bicalutamide similar things? I'm kind of grasping at straws here.

No it isn't, it's a mammal estrogen
Ignore that. Estrogen isn't a single chemical, it's a group of different chemicals with estrogenic effects. Estradiol is the most estrogenic and is found in humans - it isn't synthetic at all.

Ignore dutasteride, bicalutamide is a decent option but it's kinda expensive. hrt.cafe is a good aggregator of hrt sources.

Bica is dosed at 50mg daily. You will need blood tests.

Bica is an okay option but it takes at least a month to fully ramp up and it's significant more expensive that cypro.

There's no (good) domestic sources in the UK, you need to import it
hrt.cafe

Otonoko seems like it might be promising, but does it really not have cypro? Do I need to ask the owner or does she just not supply that? Any bad experiences with this site?

Multiple reports of synthetic fibres floating around in her vials. Her shit is not clean, plus she's retarded

if you're in the uk, you can try bg-pharmacy

Thanks for the warning. I'm kind of concerned that I don't know exactly what I'm getting with any of these.
I've also found a more legit service called GenderGP. Does anyone have any experience with them? Having a more legit channel to get blood tests etc done would be convenient, but I'm worried they might give me a cucked dose.

Gendergp are more convenient than DIY but the standard of care isn't much better than DIY and it's really expensive. If you're DIYing you can just tell your GP that you need blood tests or you'll kill yourself lol, strong arm them into giving you blood tests
If you're in London, 56 Dean Street do free walk in bloods every Wednesday afternoon

Sounds like a plan. Not in London, sadly. Sorry for all the questions, but:
What kind of blood tests am I asking for specifically?
How often do I need them?
Do I mention the meds to the GP or will I get into shit for that?

Estradiol, testosterone, prolactin, LH, FSH, liver function
Every 3 months for the first year, or a month after you've made a major change to your regimen. You need to tell your GP what you're taking. Your GP may try to tell you to stop but they can't make you. They have a duty of care and harm reduction, you may have to fight for them to cooperate. If you can't get any GP near you to do tests, you can buy at home finger prick tests from medichecks

Thanks, user. Hopefully this turns out well and I don't end up passing for neither gender.

Why do you care?

It takes a long time. You will look like not much at all for a long period, and it's rough. Good luck user (:
