Is there places you can go where a random doctor acts as a third party and tests both of you at the same time for stds? Maybe I am misreading what you're saying, but that sounds like a solution I would be comfortable with. Doesn't sound like apps like grindr are built for that though.

I am not sure about simultaneous tests but I mean in principle you can just schedule an appropriate blood test and take your significant other with you. I don't think a doctor would kick your partner out when talking to you about results.
