How do male trannies deal with balding?

I feel like this is never discussed here.

starting hrt before it sets in

balding is a american thing

what this guy said

also hairline advancement or hair follicle transplant, maybe taking fin idk

just accept that you will never pass and take finasteride in a hope that it will come back

Retards take the cocka

there's not much to discuss, fin, AAs, e, minox take care of the problem as long as you aren't really far gone. if it's a bad case scenario then a hair transplant

HRT, and after you're done regrowing as much hair as possible just get HT.
I'm not a fan of hairline advancement surgeries because males normally actually have lower hairlines than women assuming no drastic hairloss occurred, so lowering it too much isn't a great idea. Get something like picrel instead, that's what I did, and that's what women in Asia often get since M shaped hairlines are seen as bad, like, parents shell out for HT for their 18yo girls, lol.

this doesnt happen to trannies
t. 35 year old tranny

actually since we have this thread, you think all of this shit, like hormones, fina, minox can actually fix the hairline shaped like an M or its just fucked forever and i can only fix the top of my head?

This is what I did as well, cost me 5k but def worth it

Yeah. The lower pic is right after the surgery, 1750 grafts. Now I'm like 2 months post surgery, still shedding which is normal, but it already looks soooooo much better.
M shaped hairlines are genetic, you can be NW1 and have the M. I have a pic of ~4yo me and I already had the M. Also, it's not uncommon in women either, around a quarter of women has it, Euro women rarely fix it, but Asian women who can afford it pay $$$ for HT.

i hate m shaped hairlines on cis women, there's a 20 yo girl i work with who has one like this, just want to inform her and advise a hair transplant
i took hrt for 4 years and it never fixed the m shape completely, it thickened the areas that hadn't been affected though quite well. though it's really a ymmv thing
$5k? which type of transplant was this, i know there is a fancy new technique that's more expensive

Had a follicle transplant? Like mine was 6 months ago now and it's slowly starting to look decent. Had stemcel transplants myself which hurt like a bitch

hmm but I think as a kid my hairline was not as M, it was mostly after the start of male pattern balding, which started pretty early i guess, but still

Hst transplant. They harvest stemcel of the hair which in short means you won't lose density at where they take the hair from.

thanks, that must be it, although i was thinking like fut vs fue, and they still result in loss in density. seems great though not losing any density whatsoever

so i was looking at indiciative prices in the uk, £8.8k for 1600-1800 grafts, how much of an area is this much for those in the know. next to ffs it seems cheap lol

Do you need to take both fin and and aa?
Isn't the aa enough?

I've always had the M.
I had FUE with DHI, it worked great as well.
Don't get FUT as a tranny, ever. The hair density loss at the donor site after FUE is whatever. It's so evenly spread out that you barely even notice it. I also shave my nape and it's still hard to tell that I had anything done back there.

I did the typical m-shape restoration with about 1200 grafts which set me back around 5.7k. Which I think is decent, esp compared to ffs

I got my 1750 grafts for $2.4k, anything below

They shave, also lmao at all the attention seeking hons

Depends on how bad it is and how sure you want to be. I've had some small triangles around my temples which made my hairline look weird (HRT@20), but used Minoxydil initially as I started HRT and has since recovered even without Minoxydil. Some want the whole bunch, including Fin to assure it but if it's just in the beginning it'll probably come back after a few years HRT.

Why would they care? Balding is a manly feature

Same for the revision and I did it here in west Europe so I was expecting to pay a lot. Still don't regret it though

male trannies aren't trans males or trans men, male trannies are amab trannies or mtfs.
