You need a healthy cis-girl, to let you take some of her vaginal secretions and put it in yours. Vaginal bacterial transplants work pretty well for introducing good flora.

How did the thing fit in the urethra? God you’ve given me something new to worry about. Does it work well for you? It irritates the hell out of me and then the odor comes back a few days later. I had problems for a while and tried every otc treatment before it just went away. Now it’s back and I’m fighting the doctors but they seem to want to do anything besides actually attempt to help.

You can kill the bad bacteria, but there will still be traces and they will recolonize. You have to introduce good bacteria, after your cleansing to really keep the odor away.
Using the vaginal secretions of a healthy cis-woman, is the easiest solution. Otherwise your going to have to find another source of the typical vagnal bacteria's.
Or use alternative bacterias as a buffer.

i didn't think it was big, but the pill was slimmer than the catheter tube. that thing was torture. ever trip and then feel a rope pull on your bladder from the inside?
or the worst one, pooping and your body deciding pee needs to come out with it but it's too impatient for the tube and it tries to force it through around the tube. that was the worst feeling in the world, felt like i was going to explode...
